Exchanges:
We adhere to the highest quality standards and take great care in deliveries. In the instance you are not satisfied with your purchase, please note our exchange policy:

• Products can be exchanged for size changes only, provided they are in perfect condition and our customer service team has been informed within 24 hours of receiving the order.
• Please ensure that the original product tags and packaging are intact when returning the product. For swimwear, the hygiene tag must remain intact.

• Please note that the cost of shipping the product back to us for an exchange, as well as the shipping cost of the new/exchanged product being sent out, will be borne by the customer.We recommend using a trackable courier service when returning items, as La Paz is not responsible for any lost shipments.

Refund Policy:
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds on any purchases. Please review your order carefully before completing the purchase.

• Products purchased using credit notes are considered discounted items and are not eligible for exchanges or returns. This includes credit notes issued by La Paz.

Non-Exchangeable Products:

• Items exhibiting physical damage to the box or product, or those returned without original packaging.
• Any product missing original items included at the time of delivery.
• Art pieces or handcrafted products.
