Avoid pulling the two ends of the earring to prevent chipping of the plating. For secure wear, keep the friction post slightly upwards to ensure the lock is properly secured after wearing the jewelry. All our pieces are handmade by artisans in India and are coated in golden or silver plating.

• Avoid direct contact with perfumes, body lotions, or other chemicals.
• Store in an air-tight box or the provided bags/pouches.
• Gently clean your jewelry using a microfiber cloth or a specialist jewelry cleaning cloth. 
•  Keep away from moisture and avoide contact with water or sweat.

Colours may vary due to screen settings and lighting.

The products will be dispatched in 5–7 business days.

If you have received a product that has a manufacturing defect or damage that would make the use of the product impossible, you can write to us within 24 hours of delivery. Please mention the subject of the email as REPLACEMENT and also do mention your Order Number. Please include a description and photos of the defect. Depending on the specific issue, we’ll either send you a replacement or a discount code that you can use on a future purchase.

If you have received a product with sizing issues, we will arrange for a pick up from the address of delivery and send you a fresh piece in a different size within 5-7 working days. DE’ANMA shall take care of one side shipping only. The shipping cost of the fresh piece sent shall be borne by the client.

Our pieces are handcrafted and can never be 100% an exact replica of anything that you might have seen before or the ones shown in picture on our website or any other portal.

DE’ANMA holds the final authority to decide whether the piece needs a replacement or not. We are committed towards customer satisfaction and will never take it for granted.
