We offer free shipping for all orders within India. Domestic orders are shipped anywhere between 10-12 business days and will be recieved in 4 days after it is shipped due to the fact that all of our garments are made after receiving your orders and as per your specifications.

At NOIE NOEI, we do not accept returns as every piece is made to order. We only provide exchange of size, or alterations. 

- In case you may have any alteration or exchange requests, we request you to please inform us of the same by sending us an email at noienoei02@gmail.com within 14 days from the date of delivery. Once we have sent you a confirmation of the exchange or alteration required, we request you to have the product sent back to us with 7 days of the confirmation provided by us.

In order for the customer service to accept the return, the Product(s) must be returned in full condition in its original packing, undamaged, with its label attached, not worn, accompanied by all of its accessories, and a copy of the purchase invoice.

 We reserve the right to not accept the products in case they have been sent after the stipulated 7 day time frame or have signs of damage / wear. Products that have been sent back to us without any prior notice or without a confirmation from our side will not be accepted.The costs and risks pertaining to the return of Product(s) are borne by the sender. 

We request you to go through our size guide thoroughly before placing your order with us. In case you would like to know any more details or measurements, we request you to please send us a WhatsApp or call us at +91 9915612111 (Monday to Saturday, 11:30 am to 6:30pm IST), we would be more than happy to assist you with the same. 

Any exchange or alteration requests sent after 14 days will not be accepted. 

- The cost of sending us any product will have to be borne by the customer, and the altered / exchanged product will be sent to you within 2 weeks at our expense. 

- We maintain strict quality control at NOIE NOEI, however, in case the product received by you is damaged, or has any manufacturing defect, the customer is requested to please inform us of the same within 7 days of the order being delivered. In this case only, we will arrange for a reverse pick up at your convince and notify you as soon as the product has been received by us. Only after running a quality check of the product and on approval of any manufacturing defect by us will we re-make the item purchased by you. The delivery for the same would be within 2 weeks of us having received the product. 

PLEASE NOTE: We do not provide any returns, or exchanges on products that are a part of any collaborations. NOIE NOEI cannot be held responsible in the event of loss, theft or damage of the parcel. Parcels for which the Customer’s identification (surname, first name, address and return code) is not possible shall be refused.
